Caring means changing

In the year 2023, our company took a major leap towards renewable energy by inaugurating a photovoltaic power station. This 810 kWp installation marks the commencement of our journey towards a sustainable energy future. We are gearing up to enhance our solar power capabilities to 1.5 MWp by 2024.

As part of our commitment to a cleaner and greener future, we are constantly converting our vehicle fleet to electric. This initiative also extends to our forklifts as we move from conventional models to greener electric variants with plans to soon replace combustion engine vehicles wherever possible. Today, more than 60% of our fleet is electric or hybrid, and by 2026 we will be as electrified as possible.

Our approach to production now includes rigorous monitoring of waste, accompanied by specific key performance indicators (KPIs). Beyond the manufacturing domain, we have implemented strategies to minimize mixed waste.

At the heart of our operations is the well-being and safety of our employees. Our proactive approach includes meticulous tracking of workplace injuries and continuous improvement of protective gear and work environment. The establishment of the Cable Academy underscores our commitment to nurturing a culture of learning and development across the company, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
